Advanced echo education across the lifespan
See the image.
Understand the physiology.
Practical education in adult, pediatric, fetal, and congenital echocardiography for sonographers and the teams who teach them.
The approach
Beyond getting the views.
A good image is the beginning of the clinical question.
EchoWisdom connects anatomy, Doppler, hemodynamics, and clinical context so learners can recognize patterns, explain findings, and communicate what matters. Sessions use cases and practical reasoning rather than another list of structures to memorize.
Teaching areas
From fetal circulation to adult interventions.
Focused sessions can meet learners where they are, whether they are building foundations or sharpening advanced interpretation.
Fetal echo & cardiac screening
Orientation, fetal circulation, hemodynamic clues, congenital patterns, and a clearer path from screening view to clinical meaning.
Pediatric & congenital echo
Segmental thinking, shunt physiology, complex anatomy, and the skills adult-trained sonographers need to navigate congenital heart disease.
Advanced adult echo
Stress echo, structural heart, devices, Doppler interpretation, and clinical reasoning when the protocol alone does not answer the question.
Teaching diagnostic reasoning
Case-based instruction, preliminary reporting, curriculum design, and helping learners explain the “why” behind what they see.
Ways to work together
Education built for your audience.
Invited lectures
Conference and program sessions that make complex cardiac topics clear and clinically useful.
Workshops & team education
Case-based teaching for echo labs, sonography programs, pediatric teams, and fetal imaging groups.
Curriculum support
Help shaping lessons and learning experiences that move beyond memorized protocols.
“What am I seeing?” is a start.
“Why does it matter?” is where the learning gets good.
Meet the educator
Kristy Crow
MHPTT, RDCS, RDMS, RVT, FASE
Kristy is a cardiac sonographer and educator whose work spans adult, pediatric, fetal, and congenital echocardiography. She teaches with a physiology-first lens and brings clinical practice into the classroom, helping sonographers connect the scan to the patient and the decision that follows.
EchoWisdom brings that approach to programs, imaging teams, and professional organizations looking for deeper, more useful cardiac ultrasound education.
